Stop Eating C.R.A.P. Carbonated, Refined, Artificial, Processed NON-foods masquerading as food floods the shelves of all grocery stores.
The middle isles are filled with pretty packages, marketing slogans, celebrity faces, current buzz words BUT the ingredients are neurotoxic, endocrine disrupting, obesity generating, and cancer producing! Sadder than that is the fact that people eat these foods and don’t make the connection that it is the very food that they are spending their hard-earned money on that is contributing to their anxiety, inability to focus, pain in their bodies, brain fog, illness, disabilities and need for medication that they are spending more of their money (or our money if they are on government assistance). Educate yourself. Make wiser decisions this year than last year. Care about this.

In fact, a commonly cited statistic suggests that only 8% of people keep their resolutions. There are many reasons for this, but they can be summed up this way: changing our behavior is hard, and most people don’t know how to do it successfully. This is a huge problem, and I see it every day in my practice. It is now clear that that the number one cause of the chronic disease epidemic is not genetic, but behavioral – people making the wrong choices about diet, physical activity, sleep and other lifestyle factors.
