Don’t Eat C.R.A.P. Carbonated, Refined, Artificial, Processed NON-foods! This fake C.R.A.P. that masquerades as food floods the shelves of all grocery stores – some more than others – but it’s there. You just need to know what you are looking for, and I do! Even my beloved Harry’s Farmer’s Market turned Whole Foods Market and now bought out by Amazon! What don’t you know that you may need to know?
Become your body’s own “good cop!”
Your body needs you. If it could speak to you, it might say, “Whose side are you on, anyway?” The world is the “bad cop” and offers you plenty of donuts and non-foods. Don’t miss the point. Even I have a donut now and then, but I am the “good cop” and though I always say “no rice cakes on my watch,” I do offer a healthy alternative to the C.R.A.P. (Carbonated, Refined, Artificial, Processed) junk that is out there. Limit the crap, skip the diet and just eat real food.
Real food. Living food.
Real food. Living food. This is the answer to many of our healthcare (sick-care) issues. Prevention is powerful. Treatments are painful. We can live long and strong. I believe it with all my heart. I love my practice as a health coach and partner in wellness. I love my clients and the success that I see as they build the life they have always dreamed of, but didn’t believe was possible. you want something different, you will need to do something different.

I’ve been with Stephanie for almost three months now. She’s right about this. Fake food actually does hurt your body and makes it not work the way it was intended. When you eat healthy and then eat junk, you feel the difference. Thank you for spreading the word !
