Welcome to my new website.  Choosing a name for your website is an amazing challenge, but lots of fun!  It is like starting a whole new business.  Well, in a way it is a whole new business! I am taking my certification to a whole new level this year as you will see if you nose around my site.  I chose the name whole food health coach because my approach is a back-to-basics REAL FOOD for REAL PEOPLE kind of teaching.  Wow, what a concept, right? Well, funny how the way we used to eat took longer but cost less. The food didn’t have the shelf life it does now, but then we had a longer shelf life too!  So, the long and the short of the name is that I am a whole food health coach!  I believe that whole food is the only source for real health and nutrition, and I am your health coach (or at least I hope to be) and will work with you to make these lasting changes.  Let’s do this . . . together!
