Diets totally suck!  They don’t work.  Try my not-a-diet diet!  It totally works . . . AND IT DOESN’T SUCK!

Diet = a : food and drink regularly provided or consumed b : habitual nourishment c : the kind and amount of food prescribed for a person or animal for a special reason d : a regimen of eating and drinking 2: something provided or experienced repeatedly

I am very excited to hear all the great comments from you via texts and emails! I love putting them all together and reading them to my husband to share all of the great things that eating nutritious fuel-filled mini-meal can do for us! I’m with you all the way! Here are some of the comments:

Client 1: “I’holy crapve only lost 3.8 pounds this week.”
WFHC: “WHAT!!?? That is a lot – you need to eat more food!”

Client 2: “I was waiting to tell you this tonight, but I can’t wait now, I had my blood work done and my LDL came down over 100 pts!”
WFHC: “That is so awesome!!! I am not surprised but I am very excited. Please pass out my business cards!”
Client 2: “ Actually my Dr. Asked for your cards, she’ll give them out for sure . . . she’s been trying to get my cholesterol down for years and she can’t believe the progress in such a short time.”

Client 3: “Today I’m 10 lbs. lighter than when we started! I love you for teaching me how to eat!!!!! Thank you!!!”
WFHC: “Awesome!! You are a fabulous student!! It will only get better. Correcting theset things little by little is the best way but once it gets rolling it is like a train!”
Client 3: “I’m so happy!”
WFHC: “I’m so happy that you are happy!!”

1. Set up yourself up for success.
The first principle we’re going to cover has nothing to do with food at all, but has everything to do with your health and your success on this program. What many people don’t realize is that the thoughts they think each day can affect their weight loss dramatically. Use the affirmations I have given to you to assist you with this.

Consider this…. Let’s say Sandy and Barbara both begin the Not-A-Diet diet program on the same day. Sandy goes into the program with the mindset, “This is going to be great. I can already see my new healthy body!” Barbara, on the other hand, starts the program, but with the completely opposite mindset: “Oh what’s the use? I’ve tried to lose weight so many other times. I guess I’ll just see if I fail at this too.”
If you had to guess, which person do you think has a greater chance of reaching their weight loss goals? Yup, Sandy. Because she started off in the right mindset. Fun, exciting, and positive thinking can take you a long, long way! I’m asking you to do the same. I’m asking you to start this program with an open mind and to know that you too can be as successful as all the other people who have lost weight and reached their health goals using this back-to-basics method.
