You Get What You Pay For . . . today that is more true than ever! Quality costs more -it’s true – but really that shouldn’t bother us at all, should it?  This applies to food as well as cars, travel, etc. These days, everyone can benefit from saving money, but I am really more of a fan of NOT WASTING MONEY.  So, fortunately for you, I am writing a book/manual for my training including all 15 years of experience and research.  There are numerous ways to significantly save money (or not waste money) at the register.  I am listing resources to help you find great options that are available within your own community, and where possible I have provided you links for those of you who love the ease online shopping and delivery to your home, like I do.

I care about all of my clients and I want to do everything in my power to ensure your success on your weight loss and health maintenance program. One of the easiest ways that I can do this is to help save you money so that you can lose weight and become healthier, without emptying your bank account.  I will blog on this for the next several times so that you can get a head start!  Go for it!

1. Eat Fewer Processed Foods
This may seem like an obvious solution, but you’d be surprised at how much money you shell out on snacks and boxed foods. Cutting out processed foods is the number one way to save money on your grocery bill, and not waste money on that which is NOT food.  You can test this option yourself. For one month, buy 1/2 of the processed foods that you’d normally buy. And bake, cook, eat more from scratch.  Get ready to spend the saving on a great food gadget, or a new dress!
