When it comes to your health (and really anything in life) attitude is key. That is why I love the fact that my L.E.A.N. program focuses on this as one of the legs to the chair. Lifestyle, Exercise, ATTITUDE, Nutrition. They all work together to keep you up off the floor. Attitude, or how we think, leads our lifestyle, exercise, and nutrition. So the other three legs (no matter how strong they are) cannot stand without it. If my attitude is good and healthy then my lifestyle, exercise and nutrition will be strong and healthy too. If my attitude is negative then my lifestyle, exercise and nutrition will be negatively affected (whether you believe it or not). If I think I can’t, I can’t. You might think that if my attitude is neutral it can’t do much harm, but the truth is it can’t do you much good either! Stay tuned for more attitude tune-ups!
