If you know me or my wellness philosophy at all, then you would know that I am not – at all, even remotely – a proponent of prescriptions in the form of pills, patches, potions, lotions, or anything chemical, synthetic, or chemistry-lab created. I avoid it at all costs, of course there are times when it is necessary, but many times IF we knew the power of prevention we may make better decisions so that the doc would not grab a pad to write a prescription for you.
